It is important to us here at LollipopHouse that you’re satisfied with your order. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please carefully read our policy below and contact us on our website.
We carefully examine all our products before they are posted. However, if you find that our product is faulty, please contact us via our website and one of our friendly staff will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchange
We are happy to exchange your item with an item of the same or higher value – no questions asked. However, return postage will be covered by the customer and there will be a $5.95 or $10.50 re-shipping fee depends on the shipping method used. You may opt for a refund (minus $5.95 or $10.50 postage cost) to be issued in the form of a store credit to be used on the LollipopHouse website.
LollipopHouse offers a 14-day exchange period. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned in original packaging, original condition & must not have been worn, altered or washed
Please note: customers are responsible for any return postage cost.

Refunds
LollipopHouse offers a 14-day refund period.
We are happy to accept return & refund your item (less $5.95 AUD or $10.50 AUD shipping costs - depends on the original postage method) in the form of a store credit to use on the LollipopHouse Website.
